Third : The solution to make an end to resurgence of ISIS is to fighting peacefully a corruption in Arab government and in according to laws.
Fourth : One who fighting ISIS seriously is general Soleimani and he was killed by USA Administration.
Fifth : You think a wrong when you said "That isolationist strategy contributed toward the explosive growth of ISIS we witnessed in 2014." The best way of USA administration about specially Middle-east is isolationist strategy because since 1948 a creation of Israel Usa Administration didn't resolve nothing in the Middle-east by their intervention, in contrast, American admnistration increase a conflict and destabilize an entire Middle-east.
Sixth : As people, as elite, as government we are able to find a solution for our problems without an intervention of USA Administration. We want a democracy but with our own vision and our own understanding.
Seventh : We need above all a local containment of extremism and terrorism.
