قال الله تعالى

 {  إِنَّ اللَّــهَ لا يُغَيِّــرُ مَـا بِقَــوْمٍ حَتَّــى يُـغَيِّـــرُوا مَــا بِــأَنْــفُسِــــهِـمْ  }

Grab is officially the first online delivery and ride-hailing service to become integrated into the JakLingko app. This is the result of a strategic partnership involving PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia, PT Jatelindo Perkasa Abadi Indonesia and PT Aino Indonesia, along with PT JakLingko Indonesia (JakLingko).

The partnership will merge the strengths of a technology company, consortium of private companies and the government in bringing about an Intelligent Transportation System to bolster the speed, convenience, safety, and reliability of public transportation services.

“This strategic partnership has come at the right moment, namely the easing of the COVID-19 pandemic that has propelled the return of out-of-home activities, which has reignited the demand for a robust transportation system. The presence of an efficiently integrated transportation system will further drive the return of economic activities, which is key to accelerating Indonesia’s economic recovery. We believe that the collaboration between JakLingko and Grab will reinvigorate Jabodetabek’s transportation system,” said president director of PT JakLingko Indonesia Muhamad Kamaluddin. He was optimistic that collaboration with a tech company such as Grab would enhance public transportation services provided to Jabodetabek residents and commuters.

“Through this strategic partnership, Grab is entrusted with becoming the first online transportation and delivery application to be integrated into JakLingko. Through the spirit of #BikinLebihMudah [#MakeItEasier], Grab is committed to being a stalwart partner for JakLingko and the Jakarta provincial administration, with us opening  access to Grab’s technology ecosystem for JakLingko app users. This partnership will enable us all to achieve our shared goal of realizing a robust transportation system for Jabodetabek,” said country managing director of Grab Indonesia Neneng Goenadi on the integration of Grab's technology ecosystem to JakLingko.

Through the partnership, Grab will embed five of its features and services into the JakLingko app. Grab’s transportation services will be accessible via JakLingko in March 2022, with app users being able to order GrabCar and GrabBike as their first-mile and last-mile transportation services when traveling to and from stations, encompassing the MRT, TransJakarta, the LRT, the Commuter Line and Railink, within the  JakLingko network.

The next stages will witness further integration with Grab’s healthcare, insurance, voucher and rewards, as well as digital marketing services. JakLingko users will be able to access GrabHealth’s 24-hour teleconsultation, administered by Good Doctor Technology Indonesia. Additionally, users can purchase coverage from insurance providers and avail of special offers related to GrabGift vouchers. Moreover, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on the Grab platform can leverage GrabAds to display their digital advertisements on the JakLingko app.

“Our society is rapidly shifting toward cashless payment methods as they offer greater convenience. The presence of digital payment solutions on JakLingko will advance this shift and with Jabodetabek’s sizable population, this move toward cashless payments will contribute significantly to the government’s long-term goal of actualizing a cashless society,” said director of PT Jatelindo Perkasa Abadi Indonesia Muhammad Lutfi Bakrie, adding that the additional integration of payment solutions would amplify services for users.

“The availability of first-mile and last-mile services via Grab will seamlessly simplify the first-mile to last-mile journey from departure to arrival points, which will be further supported by the integration with various transportation modes, single journey searches, bookings and payments all in one JakLingko app,” said president director of PT Aino Indonesia Hastono Bayu Trisnanto. He believes that the collaboration will give rise to a seamless travel experience for users.

All four parties plan to launch the third phase of development in the third quarter of 2022, in which the focus will be on catering to elderly and disabled transportation users, with the objective of creating a more inclusive transportation system.
