قال الله تعالى

 {  إِنَّ اللَّــهَ لا يُغَيِّــرُ مَـا بِقَــوْمٍ حَتَّــى يُـغَيِّـــرُوا مَــا بِــأَنْــفُسِــــهِـمْ  }

سورة  الرعد  .  الآيـة   :   11

ahlaa

We offer a host of resources for 9/11 family members. Our registries for survivors and witnesses,rescue and recovery workers, and artistsprovide dynamic opportunities to maintain a connection. For news from the Memorial and Museum, and for more information about how to get involved, follow our MEMO blog.

The heart of the mission of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum remains the annual commemoration ceremony. Family members of 9/11 victims will once again gather on the Memorial plaza to read aloud the names of those killed in the 9/11 attacks and in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

The National September 11 Memorial & Museum leads the nation, and the world, in marking the anniversary of the day that changed our lives forever.

The 22nd anniversary commemoration ceremony will take place on the Memorial plaza and focus on an in-person reading of the names by family members. Throughout the ceremony, we will observe six moments of silence, acknowledging when each of the World Trade Center towers was struck and fell and the times of the attack on the Pentagon and the crash of Flight 93.

Our program will commence at 8:30 a.m., and the first moment of silence will be observed at 8:46 a.m. Families can access the Memorial plaza beginning at 7:30 a.m., and the commemoration is expected to conclude at approximately 1:00 p.m. The invitation and/or letter you received in August, as well as P and T case numbers or Memorial Park identification cards, will serve as your family’s credentials for admittance to the ceremony.

The first entry to the Museum will be at 8:00 a.m. and the last entry to the Museum will be at 5:30 p.m. The Museum will close at 7:00 p.m. Due to capacity constraints in the Museum and to help ensure your timely admission, we strongly encourage advance reservations. As always, tickets to the Museum are free for family members. Each family member must have a ticket to be admitted to the Museum.

Museum tickets can be reserved here.

For additional information about how to make a Museum reservation, please call (212) 266-5201.
